Joe Rogan was raised in the Boston, MA area and first achieved a degree of fame as a four-time state, and 1986 World Tae Kwon Do champion. Almost by accident, Joe then decided to try stand up comedy and hasn’t looked back. Pouring his endless energy into his new pursuit, Joe quickly worked his way up the ranks eventually landing a spot on the MTV Half Hour Comedy Hour in the early 1990’s. Joe’s edgy act impressed the powers that be in Hollywood and, as a result, he has been fixture on television ever since. Joe’s televsion credits include roles on the FOX sitcom "Hardball", NBC’s hit sitcom "NewsRadio”, Comedy Central’s "The Man Show " and his current role as host of NBC’s hit reality show, “Fear Factor". Joe still takes time to perform his brutally honest comedy and recently released a groundbreaking debut comedy album, "I’m Gonna Be Dead Someday" on Warner Bros. Records.
