Barry Gibb is one of music’s living legends first as a singer, songwriter, producer and a member of the band the Bee Gees, and now as a solo artist. In 1958, his family moved to Brisbane, Australia, where he and his brothers, twins Robin and Maurice, formed the Bee Gees, who would become one of the most successful pop groups of all time. During their five decade career, they have sold more than 110 million albums. As a songwriter, he had 5 of his songs in the US top 10 at the same time in 1978. Barry has produced 16 number one hits for the Bee Gees and other artists, including Barbra Streisand (Woman in Love), Frankie Valli (Grease), Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton (Islands in the Stream), and Diana Ross (Chain Reaction).
In 1984, he released his first solo album, "Now Voyager." He also released a full length "Now Voyager" video. In 1994, Gibb was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame. Three years later, he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
