BIOGRAPHy

Anyone who has turned on the radio in the last several decades knows Heart intimately. California born, Seattle bred sisters Nancy and Ann Wilson are behind some of rock’s most iconic hits from the wild call of “Barracuda” to the epic lilt of “Magic Man” to the deranged shriek of “Crazy On You.” Nancy’s guitar and Ann’s wail are practically part of the national archive, indelible elements of American pop culture. In their nearly forty years as a band, the Wilson sisters have been lauded as sex symbols, idealized as feminist icons, and worshiped by critics and fans alike, selling over 35 million albums worldwide and thrilling audiences with their raucous live show. In June 2012, Heart released the retrospective box set, Strange Euphoria. The Wilson sisters became authors with the publication of their memoir, Kicking and Dreaming: A Story of Heart, Soul, and Rock & Roll. Also, in 2012, they came out with Fanatic and in 2016, Beautiful Broken came out. Heart continues to fill arenas all over the world.

1973Heart is formed in Seattle, Washington.
1976Released debut album 'Dreamboat Annie' which achieved commercial success.
1977Released the album 'Little Queen' featuring the hit song 'Barracuda'.
1985Achieved a career resurgence with their self-titled album 'Heart'.
1986Released the successful album 'Bad Animals' featuring 'Alone'.
1991Released the album 'Desire Walks On'.
2012Ann and Nancy Wilson received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
2013Inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
2016Released their 16th studio album, 'Beautiful Broken'.
2025Announced fall dates for their 'Royal Flush Tour'.
