Winner of an Outer Critic Circle Award and a Drama League Award for her debut in the smash hit , Catskills On Broadway, Marilyn Michaels is America’s premier woman of a thousand faces and voices. She is known to audiences by her countless appearances on television talk shows such as The Tonight Show, Lifestyles with Robin Leach, Sally Jesse Raphael and The Howard Stem Show. Marilyn has brought her gift for satire and her powerful singing style to such diverse venues as Las Vegas and Atlantic City, recently starring in the dazzling revue, Broadway Ballyhoo. She is one of the few performers in show business who can be seen hosting a stand-up show such as Girls Night Out for Lifetime or dealing with topical and pertinent social issues as host of CNBC’s Talk Live. Then in the blink of an eye, you will catch her doing a commercial or singing at a concert. Marilyn has also appeared on such shows as The Love Boat, with her friend, Debbie Reynolds and as a guest star on the soap One Life To Live. Her rendition of Donna Summer and Barbra Streisand singing via split screen on an NBC Award show has become a classic. Marilyn Michaels continues to perform around the globe.

Career Path

1960Released her debut recordings on ABC-Paramount as a teenager, stepping into professional entertainment with singles that announced both her vocal range and her gift for imitation.
1965Starred as Fanny Brice for a full year in the national company of 'Funny Girl,' earning rave reviews across the country and establishing her as a performer who could carry a major Broadway property on tour.
1972Served as the only woman in the cast of 'The Kopykats' on ABC's 'Kraft Music Hall,' the Emmy-nominated comedy-variety series alongside Rich Little and Frank Gorshin, playing every female role from Gracie Allen to Barbra Streisand.
1991Won both the Outer Critics Circle Award and the Drama League Award for her Broadway debut in the smash hit 'Catskills on Broadway' at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre, cementing her status as America's premier woman impressionist.
1993Hosted 'Girls Night Out' for the Lifetime network, one of the few performers working simultaneously in stand-up hosting and socially engaged commentary, a duality she also demonstrated as host of CNBC's 'Talk Live.'
2001Released 'Wonderful at Last,' her studio album showcasing the powerful singing voice that has anchored her act alongside her impressions through five decades of performance.
2007Released 'The Answer to Everything: Girl Answer Songs of the '60s,' a curated retrospective that drew on her earliest years as a recording artist and her deep roots in the songbook that shaped her vocal style.
