BIOGRAPHy

Paul Bond is one of New York’s most requested comedians. Along with his hilarious stand up comedy, Paul also brings his guitar skills to his stage show and the end result is a funny, high-energy night of entertainment. Paul has recorded two of his own comedy CDs as well as a holiday CD of “off-color” Christmas parodies. Paul’s regular appearances on radio shows such as “Opie and Anthony”, “Ron & Fez”, “Chaz and AJ in the Morning” and “Waking Up with the Wolf” have proven him to be a quick witted personality that’s welcomed on the air.Recently, Paul just got off of a National Tour with Jim Breuer, of “Saturday Night Live” and “Half Baked” fame. He appeared as Jim’s special guest comedian, opening the show and also as guitar player in his back-up band. The tours included such venues as Madison Square Garden in NY, The Fillmore in San Francisco and 8 House of Blues shows in differents states. Career Path

1995Built his New York club reputation at venues including Caroline's on Broadway and Dangerfield's, distinguishing himself among NYC's working comics by fusing stand-up with live heavy metal guitar.
2000Appeared on VH1's long-running "Stand Up Spotlight" series, placing his high-energy guitar-comedy hybrid in front of a national cable audience.
2003Joined Jim Breuer's national tour as both opening comedian and guitarist in Breuer's backing band, performing at Madison Square Garden in New York, The Fillmore in San Francisco, and eight House of Blues shows across the country.
2004Featured in the Comedy Central special "Jim Breuer: Hardcore," now available on DVD, extending the audience for his guitar-driven comedy beyond the tour circuit.
2005Appeared on MTV's "Metallica Icon" broadcast, one of the few stand-up comics to cross into the heavy metal television world through his instrument-backed comedy persona.
2008Performed on "The Roast of Denis Leary" on Comedy Central, demonstrating his range as a quick-witted, television-ready comedian alongside industry peers.
2010Became a recurring on-air guest on Sirius XM's "Opie and Anthony" show, as well as "Ron and Fez" and morning drive shows including "Chaz and AJ" and "Waking Up with the Wolf," reinforcing his reputation as a quick-witted radio presence.
2015Headlined comedy nights at Atlantic City's Borgata Hotel and Las Vegas's Riviera Hotel, bringing his guitar-stand-up hybrid to prestige rooms that typically book music acts.
2019Recorded his third comedy CD, a holiday collection of off-color Christmas parodies, building on two earlier solo albums and expanding his catalogue of original comedic material.
2025Active on the national comedy club circuit with ticketed shows in multiple markets, continuing to perform the hybrid guitar-comedy format that has sustained him as one of New York's most requested comedians for nearly three decades.
