Duo Sons of Legion (SØL) is an independent rock, blues, and soul band composed of singer-songwriters Adam McInnis and Mario Marchetti. Formed in Nashville, Tennessee, the pair initially bonded over a rare personal connection—both are the seventh sons in their respective families. This inspired their band name, which represents a united front or a “small army”. Musically, the group blends a rugged, old-school grit with a modern outlaw aesthetic. They write, produce, mix, and master all of their material entirely on their own. Their explosive sound caught the public’s attention when their anthem “Power” was featured in television shows like Lucifer and high-profile Dodge Ram commercials. Since then, their tracks—including “Brand New Day,” “Firestarter,” and “Remember My Name” (which peaked at #4 on the iTunes charts)—have amassed over 55 million global streams. The duo has deliberately leveraged a grassroots, fan-fueled approach on social media, skyrocketing from a double-digit follower count to an active online community of over 4 million followers. After overcoming a brief hiatus due to Daddy Jack undergoing emergency surgery, the band bounced back stronger. Moving through 2026, Sons of Legion is currently playing to packed rooms on the second leg of their highly successful “Soul to SØL” World Tour, cementing their status as an independent rock powerhouse focused on authentic, purpose-driven music.
