BIOGRAPHy

With a unique approach to magic, the focus is on entertainment that is quick to surprise and leave critical thinkers wondering “How did he do that?” Alexander Boyce is a NYC magician who has performed extensively in the US and around the world. Outside the event industry, Boyce’s magical work was recently put to use as the Magic Consultant at Lincoln Center on How to Transcend a Happy Marriage by Sarah Ruhl starring Marisa Tomei, and the Netflix feature, The Week Of, starring Adam Sandler and Chris Rock. He’s worked wonders as a magician for hire at NYC institutions including The Friar’s Club, The Player’s Club and The Rainbow Room and regularly stars in Speakeasy Magick at the McKittrick Hotel and Off-Broadway at Monday Night Magic. 

 

Career Path

2014Graduated from the prestigious acting program at NYU Tisch School of the Arts.
2016Consulted on magic and illusions for off-Broadway theatrical productions.
2018Starred in the long-running hit magic residency 'Speakeasy Magick' at the McKittrick Hotel.
2019Performed magic for high-profile corporate clients including Google and Amazon.
2021Adapted his sleight-of-hand performances for high-end virtual corporate events during the pandemic.
2022Featured heavily in the New York Times praising his modern, theatrical approach to magic.
2023Continued his acclaimed residency at the McKittrick Hotel to sold-out audiences.
2024Debuted his new solo interactive magic show 'The Wonderer' at select Northeast theaters.
2025Scheduled to headline at the prestigious Magic Castle in Hollywood, California.
2026Expanding his theatrical magic consulting to several Broadway-bound productions.
