Having been in constant creative demand for over 17 straight years, pop-punk uber-band Bowling for Soup clearly has no problem kicking out fresh songs, ridiculous videos, and album after album of music that sets the bar for their genre. Even after nearly two decades together, some things are the same. They still call Denton, Texas home. They still are putting out an avalanche of new music every year, and they’re still the guys you’d cut class with to get a beer and a hot pocket. For a band that has had only one personnel change in 17 years, which is a remarkable feat by any standards, it’s clear that the team stays tight and that ain’t gonna change. In 2013, they released Lunch. Drunk. Love., and they continue to rock out around the world.

Career Path

1994Formed in Wichita Falls, Texas, blending pop-punk energy with humorous, relatable lyrics.
2002Released 'Drunk Enough to Dance,' featuring 'Girl All the Bad Guys Want' which earned a Grammy nomination.
2004'1985' from 'A Hangover You Don't Deserve' became their biggest hit, reaching number 23 on the Billboard Hot 100.
2007Performed the theme song for Disney Channel's 'Phineas and Ferb,' introducing the band to a new generation.
2013Released 'Lunch. Drunk. Love.' and continued their annual UK tours that built a massive British fanbase.
2023The song went viral on YouTube, garnering almost six million views as of 2023.
2024Continued extensive live touring and regional performances across major venues.
2025Announced bassist Chris Burney's retirement due to medical reasons, continuing as a three-piece.
2025Released the live album 'A Hangover You Definitely Deserve' and headlined OVO Wembley in December.
2026Embarked on the 'Bowl My Bones Tour' co-headlining with Frank Turner across Australia and the UK.
