Carolyn Plummer has worked all over New England and beyond from small towns to large cities. She makes the average seem hilarious and leaves audiences hysterically shaking heads in agreement with her assessment that the world is indeed a very funny place. Carolyn has participated in numerous festivals including The Burbank Comedy Festival, Boston Comedy Festival and The Women in Comedy Festival as well as Denis Leary’s Comics Come Home at TD Garden. Career Path

2005Built her New England foundation over twenty-plus years of club work, developing a voice that makes the mundane hilarious and earns audiences' instant agreement.
2015Named 'Best of the Fest' at the Burbank Comedy Festival, her first major competition honor and a signal that her regional following was ready for a national stage.
2018Competed at the Boston Comedy Festival, one of the Northeast's highest-profile open competitions, alongside comics from across New England and beyond.
2019Headlined Ladies' Night at the Nantucket Comedy Festival alongside Tammy Pescatelli, Marla Schultz, and Bernadette Pauley, marking her first destination-festival headline slot.
2020Featured at the Women in Comedy Festival, one of Boston's flagship showcases for women in stand-up, reinforcing her place among the region's top-billed headliners.
2022Selected to open Denis Leary's Comics Come Home 26 at TD Garden, sharing the bill with Denis Leary, Jimmy Fallon, Sam Jay, and Roy Wood Jr. at the nation's longest-running comedy fundraiser.
