Celebrity Comedians
Jeff Foxworthy

Contrary to popular belief, Jeff Foxworthy is not an overnight success story. Years of relentless touring have helped mold Foxworthy into one of the most respected and successful comedians in the country. To date, Foxworthy's comedy recordings have tallied sales of over eight million units, making him the largest selling comedy recording artist in history. "Games Rednecks Play," which is now double platinum, went on to receive a 1996 Grammy nomination for Best Comedy Album. A regular on "The Tonight Show" and "The Late Show with David Letterman," Foxworthy also has two Showtime stand-up specials to his credit. Foxworthy has been bestowed with a People's Choice Award as "Favorite Male Newcomer" for NBC's "The Jeff Foxworthy Show" and has won TNN's "Comedian of the Year" three years running. Foxworthy is also the author of nine best selling books. Foxworthy's first four books explore the phenomenon of the redneck: "You Might Be A Redneck If...", "Red Ain't Dead," "Hick Is Chic... A Guide To Etiquette For The (Grossly) Unsophisticated," and "Check Your Neck." Foxworthy's other 1996 publishing effort "No Shirt No Shoes, No Problem!" spent over two months on The New York Times Best Seller List and has sold more than 600,000 copies in hardcover and paperback. Jeff was also host of the hit Fox TV show, "Are You as Smart as a Fifth Grader?"
