Anjelah Johnson

She took the world by storm! San Jose, California native Anjelah Nicole Johnson couldn't be missed in 2007 when her comedic videos went viral. "Nail Salon" was one of the most viewed videos of the year, and, now more than seven million hits later, Anjelah Johnson has a devoted following. Anjelah got her start as a Pop Warner cheerleader, and continued cheering through high school, college, and finally professionally, for the Oakland Raiders. As an Oakland Raiderette, she was named Rookie of the Year and performed at Super Bowl XXXVII. You've seen Anejlah in multiple ads and commercials, including campaigns for Sprint, Visa, Snickers, Verizon, All-State, Washington Mutual, K-Swiss, and Dryers Ice Cream. Also, Anjelah has guest starred on "The Shield" and "Love Inc.," and co-starred with Gabrielle Union in the feature film "The Box." Most notably, Anjelah was a cast member of FOX's long running hit sketch series "MADtv." She is proud and humbled to be one of the first Latina comedians to be invited to join a sketch comedy series. A wildly successful stand-up comedian, Anjelah has had the privilege of performing for our troops in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. In 2015, Netflix released her third stand-up special, "Anjelah Johnson: Not Fancy." Anjelah continues to tour the country, playing to sold-out comedy clubs everywhere.
