DJ Hardwell is an alias for Robbert van de Corput, born in Breda, Netherlands.. At a age of 8 years, he discovered his big love for music and later he started to mix and produce tracks. He was inspired by all kinds of music. Hardwell was one of the first who made bubbling remixes of commercial club hits. His remix from Without Me became very popular in the discotheques. The Klubbheads noticed the success of this remix and via Radio 538 he was contacted and contracted by Digidance. Hardwell is the driving force behind the Bubbling Beats parties and cds. Bubbling Beats Vol. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 have been successfully released. In April 2005, Hardwell won a Dutch Urban Award with his Bubbling Beats Party concept! The DJ qualities of Hardwell are internationally well recognized. He already performed in the biggest clubs in the Netherlands. He played at parties like: Toolroom Knights, Ministry Of Sound, Nope Is Dope, Sexy Motherfuckers, Superfreak to name a few. Hardwell is pushing boundaries to create new genres and new sounds. It’s pretty clear that he’s one of the founders and pioneers of the Eclectic sound. In 2006 Hardwell released his own mixalbum: Eclectic Beatz, a combination of the hottest latin and electro floorfillers! In 2007 he released the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Eclectic Beatz albums. But there was more in 2007! Hardwell did some massive remixes. His remix of Gregor Salto & Chuckie – Toys Are Nuts , together with Rehab. The remix was more than 1,5 week at the number one spot of Dance-Tunes.com Nowadays Hardwell is well-known as one of Hollands finest upcoming talents. At only 19 years old, this young and gifted dj/producer has already been making huge waves in the clubscene, and there is more to come!
