Since the release of his debut album, No Words, in 1994, Jim Brickman’s romantic piano sound has made him the best selling solo piano artist of our time. His signature style of playing and songwriting has also brought him two Grammy nods, six gold and platinum albums, and 28 charted, adult radio hits. He recently tied for most number one CDS on Billboard’s New Age chart. Jim received top honors with two SESAC “Songwriter of the Year” awards, a Canadian Country Music Award and a Dove Award presented by the Gospel Music Association. Jim’s best-known compositions include: the chart-toppers “Valentine,” “The Gift,” “Love of My Life,” “Simple Things” and “Peace.” He has established a reputation for his collaborations with many gifted musical artists that include: Martina McBride, Gerald Levert, Lady Antebellum, Kenny Loggins, Carly Simon, Herb Alpert, Collin Raye, Michael Bolton, Sara Evans, Olivia Newton-John and four American Idol Finalists. A strong supporter of PBS, Jim has taped four concert specials for that network. Brickman has received international acclaim as a concert performer, taking his popular live concerts to more than 125 cities each year. Other artistic endeavors include a weekly radio show, “Your Weekend,” two best-selling books, “Simple Things” and “Love Notes,” and performances at Carnegie Hall and the White House. Brickman released Pure Romance in 2015. He continues to tour the world.

2003Earned a Grammy nomination for Best Pop Instrumental Album for 'Peace', one of two Grammy nods in his career alongside the SESAC Songwriter of the Year honor.
2015Released 'Pure Romance', a collection of contemporary love songs reimagined on solo piano, adding to six gold and platinum albums across his catalog.
2022Inducted into the Pop Music Hall of Fame, capping recognition that includes two SESAC Songwriter of the Year awards, a Dove Award from the Gospel Music Association, and a Canadian Country Music Award.
2022Dropped the holiday album 'Comfort and Joy: An Old Fashioned Christmas, Vol. 2', anchoring a national Greatest Hits Live Tour that spotlighted his 28 charted adult radio hits.
2024Headlined the 'Comfort and Joy' holiday tour across North American performing arts centers, celebrating three decades of romantic piano with new orchestrations of 'The Gift,' 'Love of My Life,' and 'Simple Things.'
2026Kicked off the 'Harmony and Heart' tour with North American and international dates, his most extensive concert schedule since tying for the most number-one albums on Billboard's New Age chart.
