All American Rejects
 Iconic pop-rock band The All-American Rejects a formed in Stillwater, Oklahoma, in 1999. Frontman Tyson Ritter and guitarist Nick Wheeler lead the group. Rhythm guitarist Mike Kennerty and drummer Chris Gaylor complete the lineup. The band defined the early 2000s alt-rock boom. They scored multi-platinum, anthemic hits like “Swing, Swing,” “Dirty Little Secret,” and “Move Along”. Their massive crossover smash “Gives You Hell” later topped charts worldwide.  After dominating the major label system, the band stepped away to focus on personal growth. They returned to the spotlight with a massive 2023 summer tour. This was followed by a viral “House Party Tour”. These intimate, DIY shows in backyards and skateparks reconnected the group with their grassroots origins. The unique experience sparked a major creative revival. In May 2026, the band released Sandbox, their fifth studio album. It marks their first independent record in 14 years. Released through their own imprint, the album showcases a raw, unfiltered sound. The band completely bypassed mainstream label expectations. Instead, they focused on genuine artistic expression and deep fan connection. Now over a quarter-century into their career, the veteran rockers are supporting the album with global live shows. This includes an eager return to Europe and the United Kingdom.

Career Path

2000Tyson Ritter and Nick Wheeler, childhood friends from Stillwater, Oklahoma, formed the full four-piece lineup with guitarist Mike Kennerty and drummer Chris Gaylor.
2002Independently released the self-titled debut on Doghouse Records with producer Tim O'Heir, scoring a breakout hit with 'Swing, Swing' that introduced the band to TRL audiences nationwide.
2005Interscope debut 'Move Along' cracked the Top Ten on the Billboard 200, with 'Dirty Little Secret', 'Move Along', and 'It Ends Tonight' all climbing the singles charts.
2008'When the World Comes Down' produced 'Gives You Hell', which peaked at number four on the Hot 100 and was later certified Diamond by the RIAA for over ten million US shipments.
2012Fourth album 'Kids in the Street' debuted at number 18 on the Billboard 200, closing out a decade-long run on major-label Interscope.
2023Headlined the 'Wet Hot All-American Summer Tour' with New Found Glory, The Get Up Kids, Motion City Soundtrack, and The Starting Line, the band's first proper headline tour in over a decade, which sold out venues across the country.
2024Followed the tour's momentum with a run of guerrilla pop-up shows at college campuses, a barn in rural Iowa, and a fan's backyard in Chicago, rebuilding grassroots connection with their audience.
2026Released 'Sandbox' via independent release, their first album in fourteen years and debut as a fully independent act, preceded by the lead single 'King Kong'.
2026Announced their first Europe and UK tour in 14 years, the 'Recess Tour', hitting Warsaw, Manchester, London, and Paris in support of 'Sandbox'.
