Leona Lewis

Leona Lewis is the next big thing. She's the first British female solo artist in more that 20 years to top the US pop charts. Her debut single, "Bleeding Love," hit number one on the Billboard Hot 100. Like many hopefuls in the UK, Leona Lewis was among those who took a shot at "The X Factor" - the smash hit show that spawned American Idol. Mentored by Simon Cowell, Lewis gained popularity even before the show announced its winner. Her rendition of Kelly Clarkson's "A Moment Like This" was downloaded more than a million times within 30 minutes. Her popularity soon spread to the US. Backed by Cowell, Lewis began working on her debut album, Spirit. The album spawned "A Moment Like This" as its first single and "Bleeding Love" as its next one. It sold 66,000 copies in the first week of its release and hit number one in the UK. She released I Am in 2015. Leona Lewis currently tours all over the world.
