Vancouver native Bryan Adams quit school to rock! His 1981, "You Want It, You Got It" album made him a star in the Great White North, spawning four hit singles. 1983's "Cuts Like A Knife "was Adams' first real hit in the U.S., going platinum with the hit single "Straight from the Heart" and several videos on MTV. A&M released a Greatest Hits package in 1993, which sold more than 13 million copies thanks to the No. 1 single, "Please Forgive Me." Adams' other hit that year was "All For Love," recorded with Rod Stewart and Sting for a movie. Adams released another movie single, the song "Have You Ever Really Loved a Woman" from the movie Don Juan de Marco. In 1999, Bryan reached the country charts with his cover of "You're Still Beautiful to Me." Adams then returned via the dance charts with his vocals on Chicane's "Don't Give Up." Adams released his ninth studio album, "Room Service" in 2005. 2008 through 2010 Adams embarked on another North American tour featuring stripped-down, acoustic renditions of his biggest hits. Later that year, he released "Bare Bones," a live album taken from his acoustic tour. He released "Get Up!" in 2015. Bryan Adams continues to tour the world.
