Joss Stone

Joss Stone has sold over 7.5 million records, has been nominated for four Grammys, appeared on stage with the Rolling Stones, Stevie Wonder, Elton John, Patti LaBelle and Smokey Robinson and performed for more than 200,000 people at the 2005 Live 8 Concert in London - all before turning 19 years old. In 2005, she was nominated for three Grammy Awards, including Best New Artist, and performed a memorable tribute to Janis Joplin with Melissa Etheridge at the awards ceremony. In February of 2006, she appeared on the Super-Bowl XL pre-game show with Stevie Wonder and John Legend and appeared with Legend again at the 2006 Grammy Awards. After making cameos on albums by Jeff Beck, Tower of Power, and Ringo Starr, Stone returned with the release of Colour Me Free and reached out to Dave Stewart, who agreed to co-write and co-produce her next album, 2011's LP1. Stone's association with Stewart led to her participation in the 2011 super group SuperHeavy, also featuring Mick Jagger and Damian Marley. SuperHeavy's eponymous debut materialized in the fall of 2011, and not long afterward, she delved into The Soul Sessions, Vol. 2, a collection of classic soul covers that mirrored her 2003 debut in content and spirit. The Soul Sessions, Vol. 2 appeared in the summer of 2012. She released Water for Your Soul in 2015. Joss Stone is an amazing performer with huge heart - a must see!
