Toni Braxton
Tony Braxton's first taste of success came with two hits from the triple platinum soundtrack for the movie, "Boomerang" in the form of "Give U My Heart" and "Love Shoulda Brought You Home." Her self-titled debut, spawned the classics "Another Sad Love Song" (gold, No. 2 R&B, No. 7 pop) and "Breathe Again" (gold, No. 4 R&B, No. 3 pop). The track "Seven Whole Days" achieved No. 1 status based on airplay; while two other singles, "You Mean The World To Me" (gold) and "I Belong To You" were also Top 10 R&B hits for Toni. In 1994, Toni picked up her third Grammy when "Breathe Again" won her the "Best R&B Vocal Performance, Female" award. The 1996 release, Secrets, sold an incredible seven million copies domestically and an additional three million outside the States. Released in 1996, "Un-Break My Heart" became another pop chart-topper. Toni released her sixth studio album, Pulse, on May 4, 2010. The album debuted at #9 on the US Billboard 200 chart and hit #1 on Billboard's R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart, becoming Toni's fifth US top-ten album. Toni continues to tour and dazzle audiences.
