Stand-Up Comedians
Wali Collins

Wali Collins is one of the country's top comedians. Originally from Springfield, Massachusetts, Wali started doing stand-up in the late 80’s and moved up the ranks very quickly. After being nominated three years in a row as “College Campus Entertainer of the Year,” Wali moved to New York City to become host of Comedy Central’s “Stand-up Stand-up.” From there, Collins has piled up some very impressive credits, including appearances on HBO, ABC’s “The View,” Comedy Central’s “Tough Crowd”, Commentary on VH-1, to name just a few. David Letterman caught Wali’s act and recruited him to be a featured performer on his show. What about acting? Wali’s landed roles in many movies, including “Coyote Ugly.” Wali was also featured in the hit sitcom, “Spin City,” and Comedy Central’s “Chappelle Show.” If Wali’s face looks familiar, it’s because you’ve probably seen him in a commercial. In the words of Robert Klein, “Wali Collins is versatile, smart and very, very funny. Wali is headed only one way, Stardom.”
