Sherry Davey is the product of a mixed marriage. Her mother is English and her father is not (he’s Hungarian). For years, her family went back and forth between England, Austria and the United States, but her parents made sure she saw American dentists regularly. Sherry was recently named one of the "Top 10 comedians in NYC" by Improper Magazine and has been honored as one of The Hollywood Reporter’s “Magnificent Seven.” Television appearances include Comedy Central’s “Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn,” “Premium Blend,” Fox News Channel’s “The Full Nelson,” Tru TV, Nick At Nite's “Search for America’s Funniest Mom I & II, ” TV Guide Channel’s ”Stand Up and Stilettos,” “NBC’s The Today Show,” 3 appearances on NickMom's "Mom's Night Out" and AXS TV’s “Gotham Comedy Live.” Sherry also has her own fashion/comedy webseries on Comedy Central’s Motherload entitled “Sidewalk Catwalk.” In New York City, Sherry appears regularly at all the top clubs including The Comic Strip, Stand Up New York, Carolines on Broadway and The Duplex Cabaret. Sherry produces and stars in the touring theatrical comedies: “The Mom & Dad Show,” “The Sherry and Buddy Show” and “Moms Let Loose.”
