Award Winning magician, Steve Owens started in magic at age 12 after seeing a famous magician perform live in Los Angeles. As his skills flourished, he joined the Magic Castle, which inspired him to take his art to the next level by moving to Las Vegas for 2 years, and then to Southeast Asia for the next 4 years, where he did TV appearances & hotel shows. Next, Steve entered magic competitions around the USA, winning 14 awards for his stage act. This flashy act involves visually astounding elements such as credit cards, coins & cash appearing from nowhere, with morphing objects. Steve is also one of the World’s Top Hand Shadow Artists, creating US presidents, Olympic divers, and Vanilla Ice on a large screen with just his hands and a light. This is the highlight of his show, which led to an invitation to China for a national TV appearance on one of the highest rated TV shows in the country. In China, Steve performed close up magic for TV audiences, and even on the Great Wall of China. Also, in local theaters he performed his award winning stage act, and later stared in and produced a theater show called, “Magic Beyond Belief”, leading to performances in Las Vegas, Hollywood, France, & six different Asian countries around the world, including an appearance on national TV in Paris. Currently, Steve is working on bring about new visually stunning ideas for international audiences.
