BIOGRAPHy

While all his friends were listening to popular music, Mark was busy listening to the music of such greats as Bobby Darin, Frank Sinatra and Ella Fitzgerald. The music of this era was so inspiring to Mark that he eagerly jumped at the chance to perform in front of any audience. This further inspired him to set out and create his first CD “Totally Suave”. Marks goal was for his CD to be aired on a nationally syndicated program. He accomplished this goal and was featured on the ABC National Radio Network.Marks newest CD “From Out of Nowhere” soars to new heights. This CD has received National air play on such programs as American Standards By The Sea and the Jim Low Show. Mark continues to grow as an artist and in popularity, performing regularly for the last 12 years. He is confident that the music of the American Standards is not only here to stay but has won its place in the hearts of today’s popular music lovers.

Career Path

2000Recorded and released 'Totally Suave,' his debut CD of American Standards, landing airplay on the ABC National Radio Network and achieving his goal of national syndicated broadcast.
2005Released 'From Out of Nowhere,' a follow-up standards album that earned national airplay on 'American Standards By The Sea' and the 'Jim Low Show,' reaching listeners coast to coast.
2010Built a following performing swing, jazz, and romance repertoire across corporate and private engagements, scaling from piano accompaniment to a 21-piece big band depending on the room.
2013Produced and starred in his signature Rock 'n' Roll Swing and Soul Christmas multimedia show, combining live performance with custom video production for holiday-season audiences.
2015Released 'Some Kind of Wonderful,' continuing his catalogue of Great American Songbook recordings inspired by Bobby Darin, Frank Sinatra, and Ella Fitzgerald.
2018Headlined a sold-out holiday revue in Atlantic City, demonstrating the draw of his big-band live show in one of the East Coast's most competitive entertainment markets.
2021Returned to live bookings after the pandemic hiatus, performing his mix of jazz standards and swing for corporate and private event clients who had been unable to host live entertainment since 2020.
2023Headlined festivals and casino events backed by his big band, reaching audiences that have kept the Great American Songbook central to American entertainment for more than a decade.
2024Maintained an active regional touring schedule, drawing fans who credit his performances as a live answer to the Bobby Darin and Sinatra recordings that shaped his artistic voice.
